Behind us is another tough year, which was marked by crisis, natural disasters, social and economical shocks. Palilula Municipality is forward – looking and hastily walks towards development projects to make quality of life in this environment better and more meaningful. To all residents of City Municipality of Palilula and City of Nis, to ours donors and business partners who supported our development ideas, I congratulate the New 2011 Year and Christmas, with wishes that this New Year be more happier and  more successful then all previous.About Palilula today is talks as about development oriented organization of local self-government of City of Nis, that on the way of European integrations, building new future of development. This environment is center of investments in Region, that opens possibility for new jobs and better life of citizens.
